Panama

My sister, for my graduation gift, took me to Panama on spring break. I decided to lug around my camera the whole way, in the hope of interesting pictures. I got 4 pretty decent rolls of film, with only one chip (okay, a piece broke off, but it wasn't super integral to the camera) in the camera. I'm going to break them up into location. Enjoy.

Chickens.

We got chickens a while ago. They make for very interesting subject matter! They're just so... textured. Unfortunately, two of them have since passed onto chicken-heaven. But they will be memorialized on this blog, yay.

Why I like him:

I really like his cityscape work. I love the vibrant colors in his pictures, and the thought of how far humanity has come, to produce cities like this. It makes me think of how, even though there's death and destruction in the world, civilization really has come a pretty long way. Koppen captures cities at their finest, overflowing with vibrant color and culture.
